Please note there is a NO RETURN POLICY for custom made orders!
When returning any product, a Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained. Please call Shadeline Awnings with the the following information:
- Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Nature of the problem
- Original order date
- Copy of invoice
RA numbers must be clearly displayed on the shipping label and on the box that contains the returned product.Shadeline Awnings is not responsible for damaged shipments that results from improper packaging. Credit will not be issued for returned items that have been damaged due ti negligent packaging.
If merchandise is returned in salable condition, we will issue a credit to be used for a future purchase.
