Ordering Products
Shadeline Awnings requires that all orders be placed by email,fax or mail. We NO LONGER will be accepting orders verbally.It is through our experience that fewer if any mistakes will be made this way. Please be sure to use the form provided to insure no mistakes. You are responsible for your placed order.

Order Conformation
Shadeline Awnings will confirm order by faxing or email and will be stamped with a ” RECEIVED/ DATE” confirming the order. We will call if we have any questions. We also have the right to refuse the order if accountant is in default or payments from previous orders are not paid.

Order Changes
If any changes should occurs, please call office immediately. We reserve the right to charge extra depending on how far the order has been processed.

All cancellations must be made in writing the same day the order was placed! Absolutely NO VERBAL cancellations. A charge may be imposed depending on how far we are in the building process.

Remember your awning was built for you and do not except cancellations once the order is finished. We will call you when the order is ready and will determine how you will receive awning (pick-up/ Delivery) A delivery charge will be imposed depending on type of delivery.

If a delivery is made, the dealer must have personal to help take awning of truck. As always inspect your delivery. We will not be responsible for claims made after the delivery.

Freight Damage
Upon Delivery inspect awning for any delivery. Please have your bill of lading if awning was sent by common carrier. Make sure there is no damage. Make sure all of delivered product is present.

If you suspect that there is damage please have delivery man present when opening box for inspection. Please take pictures to aid in a made claim. If dealer accepts awnings, the dealer will be responsible for payment. Please check delivery before installation. Shadeline will not make emergency job site deliveries!

Credit Check and Credit/Dealer application
No order will be processed unless a dealer credit application is made. A resale certificate must be signed if dealer refuses to pay sales tax. Please note that cash payment does not excuse you from not paying sales tax! We are a legit company and obey all Sales Tax/IRS laws. No exceptions will be made! In the event that a dealer refuses to cooperate and not fill out the application, the dealer will be put on COD basis and 50% must be paid before awning is made and 50% balance when awning is picked-up or delivered.

We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice.
